Join us in our library park for this hands-on workshop with Michelle Clifton. Used for centuries for meditation and healing, you will learn how the range of sounds created by Tibetan Singing Bowls restores the normal vibratory frequencies of the mind, body, and soul.

The program end may differ from the time allotted. This class is outdoors, weather permitting. We will move indoors if necessary. 

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or lawn chair.

Adult programs are for adults 18+
