Master Sound Healer Michelle Clifton, LMT, will return to Tompkins Corners Cultural Center in a day devoted to Tibetan singing bowls and sound healing. Michelle will demonstrate and instruct in how the Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other musical instruments create various harmonious resonances that affect mind, body, and spirit and contribute to a sense of peace and well-being.
The “Tibetan Singing Bowls Workshop, Sale and Concert” will begin with a workshop from 4-6 PM, in which participants will learn to play the bowls. A concert will follow at 7:30. Between the workshop and concert, bowls will be available for sale. A light supper is included in the Workshop fee.
